Dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVF) classifications added

After all the positive news on the latest NeuroMind release (version 1.5) I started working on the next version, which is scheduled for release in May 2011. The most important updates consist of adding new scores to the database, circa 20-25 in total.

I mentioned earlier that I also created a web version of the same Scores database, which is located at NeuroDSS.com. Although the layout is still in beta-version, I intend to update this web version directly once I updated the database itself.

So, for now, I updated NeuroDSS with the Borden classification and Cognard classification for dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVF). I took the descriptions from a nice overview paper from the ACNR (2007).
