Decision support: ISUIA 2003 risk factors

In their 2003 Lancet paper, Wiebers et al report on the risks of unruptured intracranial aneurysms. I implemented Table 4 from the article in NeuroMind, which provides 5-year cumulative rupture risks for unruptured aneurysms – according to size, location and previous subarachnoidal hemorrhage.
